Bisbee is one of the rarest and most sought-after turquoise mines in the Southwest.
Al Joe was awarded IACA's (Indian Arts and Crafts Association) Artist of the Year in 2001 and again in 2009!
Al's been a teacher to his son, Bryan Joe, and to his grandson, Derrick Joe, passing down his expertise. Al also helped his younger brother, Larry Joe, get his start in jewelry making.
