DELIVERY
We offer free standard economy delivery for all UK orders. Please be aware that this in rare circumstances take up to 14 days.
However we use Royal mail normally 48 hrs, Hermes normally 3 days, or DPD normally next day, which we find are the best.
We will only send to the address supplied through Ebay.
RETURNS
Please note if an item is received damaged or missing in transit we do cover the cost of this, contact us in the first instance.
Please note: we will not be able to cover return postage costs for items that you have ordered incorrectly, we may also charge extra postage for a replacement at your request.
All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.
