This is a Lemax Spooky Town GHOSTLY MANOR 2016 Signature Halloween 65112 Retired. Seems to be in good condition with some wear from being displayed. Includes original packaging and paperwork. Does not come with a power adapter and is therefore untested. Please see photos for details.
