A Limoges brooch depicting a French couple in a courting scene.
Hand painted in Limoges, France. Signed M. Chabrol. Marcel Chabrol worked independently from 1925 to 1936. This item has an estimated age of circa 1929. Porcelain encased in a gilt metal scroll decorated holder. Metal pin at rear is functions perfectly. The brooch has a diameter of 1 3/4".
Very good vintage condition with wear commensurate with age and use. No paint loss. No chips or cracks.
