This is a beautiful skirt by White House Black Market black. It’s black & white with stripes of black between strips of a white and black floral pattern. The lines are slanted by design in some areas. Has a slit in the back, is lined underneath and zips up the side. It’s a size 8, but looks a bit bigger so please rely on provided measurements for proper fit. Retails for 98!.
