Obverse: Diademed portrait to the left of Charlotte (1896-1985), Grand Duchess of Luxembourg from 1919 to 1964, surrounded by the legend and the year between two stars at the bottom. Pearls outside.

Reverse: Luxembourgish shield, leaning to the left, lambrequin and surmounted by a crested helmet to the right, accosted of the face value. Pearls outside.
