Unit has been well cleaned, maintenance has been completed and preventative maintenance has also been completed.

Cleaned:

-Well dusted inside and out with dry compressed air

-Removed surface scratches in LED Display
-Play/record heads cleaned

-Capstans cleaned

Preventative Maintenance:

-Applied new "Super Lube Synthetic Grease" to gears in transport

-Applied synthetic oil to both motors on both transports

-Both transports fully demagnetized with electromagnetic tool

Repairs:

-New gears in both transports (only one was cracked before replacement but I always replace the issue gears)

-New belts in both transports

-Calibrated high speed and low speed on both transports (only low speed shown, as high speed requires jumping a set of pins and pushing the 'high'(dubbing) button, so not easy to picture!)

-Playback levels calibrated for the R channel on the B deck (only channel to show low volume before adjustment)

Not completed:

-Azimuth not calibrated! but sound is spot on (very clear highs and sounds amazing in Dolby S), I am working to afford a good oscilloscope (Don't trust the apps for azimuth) Adjustments of azimuth with 'wfgui' or 'nac-100' could be worse than its current positioning.

-Record level calibration was not completed (too many variables, best left alone if hardware is not altered)

Run in completed!

-Unit ran two tapes in full repeat after repairs for 3 hours prior to calibration and cleaning being completed on the unit.
