President George W. Bush typescript of partial remarks from his address to the Nation the evening of September 11th, 2001 following the terror attacks. Printed on mock White House letterhead and dated September 11, 2001 but signed later.
The typescript inside the slab is 5 1/8" wide by 7 3/4" tall signed by President Bush in black ink. Very dark and clean signature.
The slab is 6 1/2" x 10" overall.
Fine condition. Authenticated by PSA/DNA and encapsulated (slabbed) in PSA's well known plastic holder.
