Conan The Barbarian Vintage Movie Poster 17x23

This is a 17" by 23" Conan The Barbarian poster made circa 1982.  It features an image of Arnold Scwarzenegger as the mighty Conan. This is a real deal poster, not a modern reprint. 

This poster is a dead stock carnival surplus and has never been used or mounted.  No creases, bends or tanning around the edges. These are the types of posters you would win at the carnival by popping balloons with a dart or tossing a softball into a jug.  You can tell by the print that it is an older poster and you can smell the vintage on it.  The paper is a little thinner as would be expected from one of these carnival posters from that time but the image exudes strength.  This poster will look awesome in a frame.

Just knowing this poster is really from the 80s is so rad but also provides it's value and provenance.  The image on this poster is not one that is reprinted today as other Conan promotional materials are.  It is clearly a collectable item but also provides inspiration.  You can hear the Basil Poledouris soundtracks from both Conan The Barbarian and Conan The Destroyer thumping in your mind as you gaze upon it.  And who doesn't regard Conan's sword as one of the great all time movie swords!
