Liquid Vitamin D-3 has 400 IU per four drops for structural support and to help maintain strong bones.* Vitamin D is normally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun. Directions

Shake well. As a dietary supplement, Adults: Take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily, Children: Take 4 drops once daily. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage.
