Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, 512gb version in the lovely bronze colour. My wife's phone, after using it for a couple of months she has gone back to her Note 10+

In really good condition, very light marks on one end from popping the case on and off I think, small chip by the usb port that was there when we got it. Screen is good, one or two very light marks that can't be seen with a screen protector on.

Phone has a slight rattle which I thought was a fault - comes from the camera area. After thinking it was something broken I did a bit of research I discovered that it's the ois part of the main camera. If you open the camera app and set it to "full" in the camera settings, it stops completely as the ois is in use, comes back when you leave the app. I never knew this and also had it on other makes of phones, same thing and it solves it every time so isn't something broken just a side effect of having the optical image stabilisation on the camera module 😂

No box or charger though it will be well packaged for post g, only sent out Royal Mail special delivery for insurance and packaging purposes, won't use Yodel/Hermes/Everi etc as they are useless (there's a reason they are cheap!)
