On offer is a vintage 2-pint casserole dish with one long handle and one lug handle, decorated with the Chevron pattern and made in Stoneware by Denby Pottery Derbyshire, England, between 1964 and 1980.
The matt glazed khaki green shapes with the embossed Chevron pattern, was designed and modelled by Gill Pemberton and was produced until 1980. This dish has three distinct bands of chevrons and is oven, dishwasher, and microwave safe.
It is 9cm tall including lid, 4.5cm deep by 21cm in diameter and is in
good condition free from chips, cracks. Or crazing. On the underside are the
Denby pottery mark and the 2-pint mark although faint. The unpackaged weight is
1472 grams.
