We want you to be happy with your purchase & evaluating it yourself is important.

Our items are sold in "as is" condition from a clean, smoke free home. Most items are not new.
We do our best to provide accurate details & descriptions, but we are aged collectors, NOT EXPERTS in any of these fields.

If you have questions, please ask BEFORE PURCHASING & we will do our best to answer promptly & to the best of our abilities to prevent returns.

We provide FREE packaging materials (we try to re-cycle when possible to save our environment) & FREE labor for your purchases and package carefully...if USPS/FED EX/et al run over it with a truck, damage is possible, but they all want eBay's business & are working hard to improve their images!
We are happy to work with you to combine shipping on multiple items when feasible as that usually does save you some money. During the holidays, often it is helpful and saves you money!  ASK BEFORE YOU PAY TO AVOID EBAY FEES ON ADDITIVE SHIPPING when purchasing more than one item!!

Often we can get several books or catalogs or more into a container to ship at near the price of shipping for one item! Ask before you pay, please. We will try.

If you need something fast, we usually get items out the day payment is made.  We will even chase down the Mail Carrier for you!  If you prefer a more costly, faster method & wish to pay the extra cost, we are happy to purchase expedited shipping for you – JUST ASK!

If you live near Anaheim, CA, we do our best to accommodate "local pick up" particularly on large, heavier items. If you are interested in something that we have listed as "pick up only", we are happy to work with you & your shipper to get that accomplished. Our local UPS store is the best option for shipping large parcels like furniture & we will deliver there for you whenever possible.

Please pay for your item within 2 days of purchase/end of auction per eBay policy. If you have a problem, contact us to prevent notification of non-payment to eBay.

We do accept returns within 14 days, but only in the condition sent - not after item is worn/damaged/broken & will not accept a different item in return - hard to believe we must say this, but people do strange things. We take photos before packaging in case someone breaks an item opening.  ALWAYS CUT OPEN PACKAGING rather than tugging open packages to prevent breakage.
