Measurements: Waist 24", Bust 26-34"(stretched), Hip full at 48",Top of smocked top to waist 7", Waist to Hem 40.5",Sweep of hem (taffeta lining) 82". Mannequin measures bust 31" and waist 24". Measurements are taken with garment laid flat and number doubled.

Condition: No issues except for some staining of hem where it touched the ground. The top ruffle has been tacked down to prevent it from flopping. The back has not. No stains, no major odors other than a slight vintage storage smell that is normal for vintage clothing of this age. Please see pictures for more details.
