Extraordinary coral cameo and 18K? Victorian brooch designed to hold a lady's pocket watch.  It is attached to a long 56" coral beaded necklace.  The cameo is prong set and attached to the brooch with tiny discreet rivets which can be seen on the reverse side.  The brooch is further enhanced with scroll work and granulation. The bottom of the brooch is fitted with a hook that was made to hold a small pocket watch.  There are 2 small gold filigree graduated and decorated balls that attach to the brooch and the coral necklace. The brooch is not marked but I believe it to be 18K and from Italy.  I have seen several pieces like this that were 18K.  It has not been tested. The long coral beaded necklace can be wrapped around the neck at least 2 times.
