Squier Floyd Rose Series Stratocaster MIJ. In 1991, Kramers exclusivity with Floyd Rose came to an end with Fender picking up international distributorship. To make the most of this, they introduced the Floyd Rose series guitars. Known in Japan as the Pro Feel series, in the west they were initially introduced as Squier models before changing to Fender, then Fender Mexico. These early models were made in Japan at Fujigen and were upper mid range models with the typical Japanese build quality and top shelf hardware. This model is basically a Japanese market STR-85 with a reverse headstock, HSS layout and no TBX control.
Guitar is in great condition for its age with a few dings in the body and some grooves in the fretboard, however the frets have very light wear. It was probably due to a player with nails that weren't cut short. The electronics and hardware work brilliant with the bridge receiving a new base plate as the original broke. Freshly setup and ready to rock.
