Vintage 1950s HILLMAN MINX motor car steering wheel badge trident emblems
These have been looked after carefully by my family for decades since the badge was removed from his late 1950s Hillman Minx by my Dad.
They are in excellent condition with only very minor blemishes, as may be seen clearly in our photographs of the actual badges (they are not mere stock photos).
The badges are certainly in better condition than any others of their kind i have seen.
The larger of the two, with the lovely concentric circles, is the steering wheel badge with a total approximate diameter of 69 mm. Its inner emblem has a diameter of approximately 30mm.
The smaller of the two badges appears identical in design to the inner trident emblem on the larger but has a greater diameter of approximately 38mm. This may have a been a wheel or a bonnet badge; I was too young to remember, however they are certainly both from my Dad's car!
