This medal is from a relative's estate. It is a Sterling Silver Medal depicting the Blessed Mother and says: Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray for Us Who have Recourse to Thee. The 18” chain is in great condition. The medal is Sterling, not sure about the chain (could quite possibly be stainless steel).
