This is for Star Wars: Bounty Hunter for the PlayStation 2. The game disc comes in its case, but it is missing its manual. The disc is in excellent condition! It has been tested and works. There is a little bit of damage to the plastic of the case. There is a crack near the spine. See pictures provided.
