To apply a DTF (Direct to Film) iron-on transfer to a t-shirt, follow these steps:

.Ensure your design is ready and printed onto the DTF transfer sheet. Make sure to mirror the image if there's any text or if your design requires it.

.Set your heat press or iron to the recommended temperature. Refer to the instructions provided with your DTF transfer sheet for the exact temperature setting.

.Place your t-shirt on a flat surface and smooth out any wrinkles. Pre-press the shirt if necessary to remove any moisture and wrinkles.

.Carefully place the DTF transfer sheet with the printed design facing down onto the t-shirt in the desired position.

.Place a sheet of parchment paper or Teflon sheet over the DTF transfer sheet to protect both the transfer and your heat press or iron.

.Press down the heat press or iron firmly onto the transfer area with even pressure. Apply the heat for the recommended duration specified in the instructions.

.After the pressing time is complete, carefully lift the heat press or iron and allow the transfer to cool down for a few seconds.

.Gently peel off the backing paper from the transfer while it's still warm. If the transfer doesn't peel easily, allow it to cool a bit more before attempting to peel again.

.Once the transfer has cooled completely, inspect the design to ensure it has adhered properly. If any areas haven't adhered well, repeat the heating process.

.Depending on the specific DTF transfer sheet you're using, you may need to cure the design further. Follow any additional instructions provided to ensure the design's durability.

.Once the transfer has cooled completely and any curing process is finished, check the design again to ensure it's securely adhered to the t-shirt.
