All dolls are shipped within 3 days after payment is received. A registered tracking number is always added inside the order.
Worldwide delivery: 2-3 weeks max.

Returns & Warranty
We accept returns for 30 days after the shipment is received.
When possible, we provide free return labels. If a label is not available, the buyer has to pay for return shipping themselves.
If a mistake is made by us during the shipping process, we compensate the return costs.
