Signed from the notary de Lafaye, di Simon de Lafaye (* 6. May 1658, died. 1735 in Brossac), from 1692 notary and from 1704 until his death "contrôleur et juge sénéchal de Brossac, Coyron et Chillac".
With a beautiful large fee stamp (Gen. de La Rochelle).

The lower half of the second sheet completely detached; on the back (i.e. the last half page of the document) a statement in a different font (signature illegible) as well as a short, difficult-to-read summary of the contents.
