Size K. Weight 6.5 grams. Setting 19mm x 17mm. 

This fabulous Synthetic Ruby is 12mm x 10mm.

On very close inspection you can see an inclusion 

from the making of this Ruby. Wonderful rich colour.

The nearest i can get to the colour is the first 2 pictures.

Stamped 18ct and Plat. Fully tested and guaranteed Solid Gold.

Surround by 16 very bright, Genuine Natural white Diamonds set in the Platinum.

I would date this ring around the 30's / 40's. 

In those days this Ruby will have cost a lot of money to make.

And the thought of buying a Natural one this size and colour would have 

not been affordable for most people. And that still applies nowadays.
