1. Packing Methods.

Our packaging methods:

If it is a single object/model, it is wrapped tightly in bubble foil. Then we put it in a box and fill the empty spaces with paper or bubble wrap.

If there are a few things, we wrap each one separately in bubble wrap and place it in a larger box in a way that prevents products from being damaged during transport. The free spaces are filled with paper or bubble wrap

The metal minis are wrapped in bubble wrap, each separately, to prevent them from bumping against each other and the paint from falling off.

If it is a non-standard shipment (for example, a plastic briefcase for models), we wrap everything in several layers of the braid film and then in thick wrapping paper.

 

2.Combined shipping

We do combined shipping and encourage you to make use of it! This way you save on shipping costs. If you intend to buy several items, please buy the items you have chosen but do not pay for them immediately. This will allow us to send you a collective invoice containing the costs of all items and a discount on shipping costs. Usually, you pay shipping costs only once, however, we reserve a right to increase shipping fee for heavy international packages or unusual shipping destinations.

 

3.International Postage.

International buyers are very welcome and we do everything to meet individual requirements of each client.

4.Feedback, questions.

If it happens that you will somehow be dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately via 'contact seller' on eBay before you even open the case. We care about customer satisfaction and we will do everything to correct our mistakes.

In addition, if you have any questions about the items sold, you search for some special model or would like to change the packaging or shipping system in any way, do not hesitate to contact us, we want to adjust to your needs.

5.Returns

Full refunds are given - no questions asked - as long as return request is sent within 30 days from receiving the order*.

If your return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact our support team, and they’ll do everything in their power to help you out.

In addition, you have a right to return a product and we will pay the shipping costs if:

- The item we have sold is not as described.

- The item we have sold is damaged or became damaged during transport**.
