Kicker CompR 12” Subwoofer and KX Mono Power Amp Combo


Offered is a Kicker CompR 12” subwoofer (P/N: 43CWR124) and a KX D-class mono power amplifier (P/N: KXA800.1). The sub is a 4Ω dual voice coil design that is rated for 500W RMS; 1,000W peak power. The matching power amplifier is a D-class 4Ω mono amp rated a 400W RMS @ 4Ω (800W @ 1Ω (See Kicker’s website for full specs). These were purchased for my personal vehicle, but never installed… My loss is your gain! Please VERIFY FITMENT FOR YOUR INTENDED APPLICATION. The car for which this was intended has been sold; as such, I will NOT be accepting returns on this item.

  • Bidding Restrictions: I reserve the right not to accept bids from individuals with hidden feedback, a negative feedback rating, or with a feedback rating of less than 10.

  • Shipping: Shipping and handling charges, as posted in the listing, will be added to the invoice and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges include our actual costs to ship the item listed and any directly associated fees; we will neither inflate these costs to pad profits nor inflate our items’ listing prices in order to provide “free shipping”. A nominal handling charge may be added to cover the costs of sales administration, packaging materials and if necessary, delivery to the common carrier. Whenever possible, we will use recycled packaging in order to minimize costs for the buyer and because it’s the environmentally responsible thing to do. Normal method of shipment is via USPS unless an alternate method is annotated in items’ description or other mutually acceptable arrangements are made. For purchases of multiple items, we will calculate discounted combined shipping costs at the time of invoicing. International shipping, if accepted, will result in additional charges.
  • Insurance: Insurance is included in shipping costs ONLY when specifically annotated (typically on items valued in excess of $100). Insurance coverage on items typically non-insured is at the option of the buyer at additional cost, but highly recommended. We will NOT accept liability for loss or damage by the carrier which is incurred in-transit on non-insured items.
  • Payment: Payment in US funds is expected to be remitted within 3 days from the end of auction/date of purchase. If payment has not been received, item will be forfeited and re-listed (See "Reluctant Bidder Notice" below).
  • Feedback: Upon delivery of your item(s), if satisfied with your purchase, please leave appropriate feedback, as this will serve as confirmation of receipt. Once feedback is left, I will do the same for you. As I strive to provide quality customer service, if your buying experience is less than satisfactory, please contact me and allow me to make it right prior to posting other than positive feedback.
  • Returns: All items sold "as is." A 10-day return privilege is extended only for items not properly described. All returns must receive a return authorization number.
  • Reluctant Bidder Notice: If you purchase or bid upon & win an auction item and fail to pay for it, this wastes my time and money. If you renege on a purchase or bid, I will take the following action(s):
    1. Your User ID will be added to our “Prohibited Bidders” list and you will be precluded from purchasing or participating in any of our future listings/auctions;
    2. We will file a non-paying bidder complaint in order to recover any related fees imposed by eBay;
    3. Negative feedback will be left indicating that you were a non-paying bidder or purchaser
