I am almost certain that this is a silverplate set.  The only mark is on the large teapot under the lid, Shrubsole London England.

This is a beautiful set as is everything that comes out of the Shrubsole shops.  

The larger Pot is about 8 1/2" to the top of the finial, 11" handle-to-spout

The smaller one is 7 1/2" tall and also 11" wide

The creamer is 5.5" wide and 4" tall

The large open piece is 7 1/2" wide and 4" tall

The larger pots have a fleur-di-lis motto on one side, the other is blank, and feature a polished wooden handle

The smaller pieces have the fleur-di-lis on both sides and feature a silver tiered feather handle, both of these are lightly gold washed.

All in excellent condition, I noticed only one small ding on the fleur-di-lis emblem on the larger pot.

This is a solid set weighing 6 pounds, 10 ounces.
