Koss UR40 Titanium Diaphragm Headphones TESTED & WORKING.

Good overall used condition.  Outer earpads are in good condition however, inner fabric that covers inner plastic piece is a little frayed on both ears.  Does not affect performance and could be easily replaced.  Please see all pictures.
