Use as daily lip gloss but also advise to put on prior to bed aswell, put over & around the lip line to help with lines & smooth lips, lips are hydrated over night, I noticed once used it for 2-3weeks how lip lines def improved, when stopped using it I realised how much better lips wer for using it, so stick with it, I hate not wearing it, on its own or over lipstick or through the night, it’s a must have.
