Two panels are sewn together with a valence, rod pocket at the top.  

Overall measures 32" wide by 48" long.  Rod pocket is 1-1/4".  Valence has gentle scalloped edge, measures down 8-1/2" to 9-1/2".

Fabric is lightened in the center of the panels, about half way down.  Also there are areas of weakness and holes in the fabric.  Last photos were taken on a dark background to make these easier to see.
