Utility horn! Selling as I'm not playing much large bore anymore.

Blessing B88 .547 with F attachment in a NEARLY NEW Protec MAX case.

Made in USA, Elkhart factory serial 421XXX from the early 90s.

Lacquer lost it's luster awhile ago, you can see many scratches and scuffs. The tuning slide has been delacquered at some point, and the bell has some slight dimpling near where the stem meets the flare. Can't really see it except from the lacquer outline, but can feel it with your hand. It also has some ugly solder work on the brace that I captured in the pictures as well as some corrosion around the ferrules. Both tuning slides move freely as well as the valve.

Slide is quite good, as the horn was serviced by Chuck Ward a few years ago before going in the closet dry. Original bumper springs have been removed and are included in the case. Water key has a newer cork.

Would be a great players horn for a student, or a backup for a pit horn or for marching, etc.

No mouthpiece included.
