1950s Mobo Metal Toy-Toise Tortoise.  Made in England.

He's in his 80s and it shows.  He's a little rusty in parts. 2 if his wheels are long gone and the other 2 are clinging on for dear life but are pretty much rotted.

The mechanism to make him move is intact but the handle needs mending to make it work. The legs do move if you hold the body and pull the lead. Be great as a show piece on a shelf of 1950s toys but would need some work if you require it to work.
