This is a single CN Railway - pant leg safety strap.

A black elastic strap with douple  snap closure. Yellow print reads "CN - Watch Your Step - CN". 

Used for holding pant legs in away from machinery where they could get caught.

Manufactured by AGO who are located in London Ontario.

Good snaps, very secure.

Measures: 10 inches long total and is 5 inches when snapped together and laid flat.
