Seymour Duncan DS-280R (1990s) Seymour Duncan DS-280. This is a high quality model that was manufactured in the early 90's and is carefully made using good materials. The neck is a solid maple/high-quality rosewood fingerboard with a fine grain, and is coated with extremely thin lacquer for a woody feel. The grip has a slightly thin C shape, the nut width is approximately 41 mm, and the fingerboard radius is flat at 16 inches, making it an advantageous setting when bending. The heel is thinly cut, making it easy to play in high positions. The body is designed to be relatively small and easy to hold, and is made of one-piece light ash, weighing approximately 3.4 kg, and combined with the thin paint, it produces a good live sound. The front pickup has been replaced with Lace Sensor RED, the center with Lace Sensor GOLD, and the rear is equipped with Duncan TB4, allowing you to control a wide range of sounds from beautiful clean to bell-like halftones and distortion. It is also equipped with a mid booster using a mini switch, allowing you to get a thicker and more powerful sound. The pegs are SPARZEL and the bridge uses Goto/WILKINSON two-point support, allowing arming play with smooth action. The neck is straight and crisp, and the truss rod works properly.
