When signal is plugged in, first the Red lens lights up, stays on for approx 22 seconds.  The Red lens turns off and the Green Lens lights up and stays on for approx 22 seconds. The Green lens goes out and the Yellow lens lights for approx. 8 Seconds.  The rotation continues until unplugged. Just like it did at a busy intersection.   The Sequencer has many adjustments for timing and other modes of operation. User manual will be included.

 This complete signal is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. 

It uses the old signal technology of reflectors with normal light bulb sockets.  This signal can be used indoors and if too bright the lamps can be replaced with lower wattage lamps.
