High quality construction. 

The fabric  feels like a polyester blend.

It does have a bit of stretch in it.

There is some beautiful beading.

The embroidery and lace are stunning.

It's an amazing piece!

Very good vintage condition.

I could find no flaws.

It has never been worn.
