Tiffany Baby Gift Baby Spoon Fork Comb 3 Piece Set

I received this as a baby gift about 2 years ago. The spoon and fork are new and unused, but are they a little rusty? It has deteriorated to a light brown color. Used comb several times. There is also a similar deterioration. The bag is also dirty. I don't think I could take a good photo because of the reflection.
