SHIPPPING - We do combine shipping on multiple items. Please wait to get the invoice for combined shipping. For ungraded cards, it will be the standard first class shipping rate that is determined by the USPS. On any item that sells for over $300, it is automatically USPS Priority Mail and I will provide insurance for it and this will be on me. For anyone else wanting insurance, it is a service you will need to pay for.
On the Worldwide Shipping, I go off of what Ebay charges for global shipping. We use the Ebay Global Shipping program and they control all shipping costs outside the U.S.
We do charge sales tax for only residents of Kentucky currently, all other sales tax is charged and collected by Ebay due to the Wayfair Act. Shipping is based of the service and weight.

No Refunds at all. All Graded Cards cases could contain scratches, scuffs, and chips. This is normally put into the description if I notice it, but can be missed.
