Incredible Vintage World War 2 US Military Uniform!
Original from 1942, this Naval Cadet Coat is stamped Contract NXs-13104.
Features heavy-duty wool construction, double-breasted front that can close via large hard buttons
facing right or left, yellow ink-stamped 585, and removable lining that's both wool and knit twill.
(The 585 stamps might denote the ship USS Haraden (DD-585) which launched in March of 1943.)
Weighs over 4 lbs.

Condition: Overall not much wear; as you can see in the photos,
there are a number of tiny moth holes in the wool plus the inside lining
has some stains; a couple of the buttons have surface chipping.

Adult 36 – Military Green – 100% Wool body,
possibly Rayon/Acetate accents on both body and insert liner
