All camera devices are fully tested and in excellent working condition, unless otherwise noted.  

If you open a return without communicating the reason with us first, you will automatically be charged 50% of the item cost and be responsible for original and return shipping. Proprietary batteries, if included, are tested to confirm that they fully charge or are noted otherwise.  Fully charged does NOT mean it will HOLD a charge.  It’s always a good idea when buying a camera to plan to buy a new battery or batteries if you want your batteries to hold a charge for a desired length of time. Typically, if we include a battery with your camera and it charges fully, it COULD last you for a while without a replacement. There is a brand called Kastar that is available on eBay which sells new batteries or chargers for around $7-10 with free shipping. They sell brand new battery and charger combos for a few dollars more than just a battery or charger ($10-15 for most cameras). Place your order from an eBay search bar, search “Kastar” and the make and model of the camera and “charger” (i.e. “Nikon S3100 charger”) and their batteries and charges will come up in the search. Their orders arrive in 4-5 days and ship immediately as do our cameras.

(If no, memory cards can be purchased on eBay or at most box retailers like Walmart.  Search “memory card” and the make and model of your camera for compatible options.  Many cameras have the option to take photos and store them on the internal memory of the camera.)

(Software, if available, can also be found online by searching make and model number.) 

Please Note: If you are buying a camera that requires lithium batteries and you try to use alkaline batteries and open a return because your camera is “NOT WORKING”, we will retest the camera once returned with the CORRECT battery type, and if working properly, will deduct your original shipping cost from the refund amount plus a percentage high enough (30-50%) to cover the return shipping cost, packaging and labor.  The same goes if you are buying a camera or camcorder that does not include a proprietary battery or charger and you try to use a battery or battery charger that is not compatible and claim that your device is not working, after retesting your device once returned with a compatible battery and charger we find that it is working properly, we will deduct your original shipping cost plus a percentage high enough (30-50%) to cover the return shipping cost, packaging and labor from your refund amount.  If you need help with finding the correct battery or charger for your device if not included in the sale, please message us prior to opening a return and we will be glad to help.
