one of the seat belts springs is not working although it will still latch-the other seat belt spring does work

comes c/w 3 out of 4  original mounting bolts

OPTION-if just want the one with the working spring-i would sell it separately for one 120.00- the other one i would sell for 80.00

i do have the hook receiver anchor for these belts but it is being sold separately since some people may just need the belts or some people may just need the hook
