Fallout 4 for the PS4

Listed as like new instead of new as the cellophane wrap has come loose down the front side of the case (see 2nd and 3rd pictures) and as there is sticker remains on the back that I could not remove (see 4th and 5th pictures). Because of these flaws in the seal, it would NOT be suitable for grading if you were looking to purchase a copy to grade.
