Used Condition as shown in photos.  Velvet has minor discoloration (tiny dark spots) and fabric is worn/missing in a couple small spots. See last couple photos. 

Leather is a bit stiff (but not brittle) and metal is slightly tarnished, due to age.

Measures 1.25 inches Wide x 10~12 inches long.

Adjustable with 5 holes and brass ring/loop on front if you wish to add a tag.
