Mounting information

  1. Battery must be connected first. NEVER connect the solar panel array to the controller without a battery.
  2. Ensure input voltage does not exceed 190 VDC to prevent permanent damage.
  3. Do NOT let the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the battery touch each other.
  4. Do NOT connect any inverters or battery charger into the load terminal of the charge controller.
  5. Place the controller on a vertical surface protected from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and water. Make sure there is good ventilation.
  6. Please check for Clearance, verify that there is sufficient room to run wires, as well as clearance above and below the controller for ventilation. The clearance should be at least 3 inches (75mm).
