For small wheels. I don't have small wheels so I can't test them but it should be either for 20 or 22 inches wheels. The chainstays are approximately 27.5 cm, measured from the center of the dropout to the center of the bottom bracket shell

CONDITION

New old stock without its original packaging. It could have some very light signs of storage and aging. Not painted yet, it needs to be painted. The threades could need to be rethreaded. The fork is missing the Columbus plastic top caps to put on the fork crown.
