This OMC Marcato Atlas Model150 Pasta making machine is a high-quality pasta maker from Italy. It is made of stainless steel and is very heavyweight, weighing almost 10 pounds. It comes with an extra cutting blade/head to make spaghetti noodles. I believe the main head makes noodles or linguine and also lasagna noodles. It is a hand crank machine and comes with a bracket to attach it to your table or board. The machine itself is clean and in nice shape. The box is still intact but does show wear. It's a pretty flimsy box for such a heavy machine.
