The aluminum winch measures 4" high  and 4" dia. at the base.

The bronze winches measure 3-1/4" high and 3-1/4" dia. at the base.

There are no markings visible.

The aluminum winch moves freely.  One bronze winch moves reluctantly; the other moves only slightly.

Each bronze winch has a slight 'ding' or dent on the top edge (one is visible on the left winch in the photo).

They would need to be rebuilt to be put into service.

Visually, they are reasonably clean and free from corrosion.
