The author is certainly the later one AttorneyLodewijk Ernest Maria von Bönninghausen dead Herinckhave (*6. July 1867 in Ubbergen, died. 21. April 1965 in Lier), father of the Dutch Politikers Lodi von Bönninghausen tot Herinckhave (1909-2005), mayor of Terheijden from 1958 to 1974, holder of the Order of Orange-Nassau and commander of the Order of Saint Gregory the Great.
