I have kept this comic book bagged and boarded and only read it once.  It is in Mint Condition.

There are no bends, folds, scratches or fingerprints and the pages look brand new.  

I can see this getting a high grading and I would say it is in mint condition.

I will of course ship this book in a very safe comic book shipping box and make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
