I inherited my 95 year old father’s wide ranging CD and record collections, and…I don’t have the same tastes! I can respect the monumental talent it takes to create new music, and Morton Feldman is a composer of immense imagination, and his friends who made this recording together in 1990 are all revolutionary musicians - but this won’t get a second listen here. Glad to have it go to someone who will celebrate its uniqueness and can appreciate its modern tonalities. Glockenspiel and vibraphone, flute, piano, celesta…who would have thunk it! Only Morton Feldman! This is a 2 CD Set but I don’t seem to have the outer box sleeve if there was one? I do have a lengthy accompanying insert with pictures and text. My dad saved everything so not sure how I don’t have the outer box, but the CDs are in near mint shape; he likely only played it a couple of times himself, but he loved having anything Feldman in his collection.

Thanks for reading.
