Selling off a large private collection, mostly history, Churchill, JFK, World Wars etc. Thousands to list so keep checking back if history is your cup of tea. Most have name and date of purchase written in the front.
Due to the collection being so large where e-bay has had a stock photo of the book I have just used it purely to save time. I have since realised that the books using these stock photos do not seem to sell as well as the ones with actual photos taken by me of the books. If this is the case with this book please don't be put off - the books are all in good condition, some are really better than good condition but I mainly just list as good or if not so good I will list as acceptable. I think the feedback for the books sold so far is testimony to the quality of the collection.
Going forward any book I list now I ignore the stock photos and only use actual pictures of the books, I may get around to digging out the ones using stock photos and change them to actual photos but it is very time consuming. Anyone not trusting what I am saying! - with a genuine interest in a book with no photos send a message and I will locate and photograph the book in question.
